Glasgow's circus school

Pro Track Programmes

We help you create your own adaptable schedule of classes and self-training slots around your budget and lifestyle. Your programme is curated specifically to develop your skills and goals. It can change month-to-month. Ideal if you’re a circus pro, or you want to be one.

Pro Track Training

Your programme

Classes plus self-training sessions. All on your terms.

Pro-Track is where you get specific and intentional. We discuss your aims over the next month or more, to reveal what you need to learn and build. Then we check your availability against our schedule of sessions, and you give us your budget.

With all that information, we decide together which classes and Open Training sessions will work best for you to get the results you want.

  • You cherry-pick from our daytime professional classes in your favourite arts (daytime classes are normally reserved for full-time students).
  • You may choose core skill sessions – flexibility and conditioning – which ensure you have a strong base to keep building on.
  • You can add Open Training sessions to consolidate everything you learn.
  • Mentoring is part of the package.

We can help you to review and change your personalised programme month-to-month.

Here are some examples of Pro-Track Programmes

  • Ongoing professional training to develop specific circus skills
  • Part-time intensive 2 days a week
  • Skills-focused training to create an act
  • Prepare for an audition for circus school or circus company
  • Full-time intensive in the lead-up to a show

How do I know it’s for me?

Have you completed a circus training course? Are you a circus performer, or would you like to be one? Do you teach circus skills?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you didn’t get there just to tick that box and pat yourself on the back.

Everything in life is either growing or dying. So, if you don’t TAKE SPECIFIC ACTION to make sure you’re growing, then you’re declining. Let that sink in.

Of course, you want to be moving forwards not backwards. Wherever you’re heading next, even if you don’t know where that is, you can’t afford to get left behind.

The bare minimum is to maintain your skills, strength, flexibility and creativity…but we all know that’s not enough.

You need to keep improving.

How does it work?

Sometimes you need a burst of focused training. Maybe you want to prep for an event, you have a particular goal, you have a specified period of time available to do extra training, or maybe you want a long-term programme to ensure you keep moving forward.

Here’s what you do:

  • Talk to Mark, our Education Programme Director about your needs and interests. This helps us secure the best teachers that teach the arts and skills you want and helps build our timetable too.
  • Review our monthly Pro Track timetable on Team Up to decide which classes suit you best. The timetable of daytime classes changes according to the needs of the Pro Track community, and which full-time courses we have running at the time. The evening class schedule changes according to demand.
  • Chat to us about your options to figure out the way forward that’s best for you.
  • Book your classes on Team Up via the website
  • Start your personalised programme!
