Why We Need a Safeguarding Policy
This policy aims to ensure that children, young people, and vulnerable adults involved in Aerial Edge activities are protected from harm. It also outlines our staff's roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment and provides procedures to manage and report any concerns.
Our Responsibilities
Aerial Edge has a duty of care to safeguard all participants in our programmes. This policy applies to all staff, contractors, and volunteers working with children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
