Circus Conditioning

This programme goes a step beyond Circus Fitness by providing a focused, customised fusion of conditioning, mobility and flexibility. You can join this programme at any level of fitness and we can help you reach your goals.

It works whether you’re already dedicated to circus as a performer or professional, or if you’ve just started your circus journey and want to develop a strong, flexible circus-capable body.

Your programme will be split these into 4 sessions a week to cover all your needs:

  • Splits and posterior chain mobility
  • Aerial strength conditioning
  • Straddle, shoulders & back mobility
  • Acro strength conditioning

The Circus Conditioning Programme is an essential part of our Foundation Course and is also available to all students either as drop-ins or a specific target-based programme.
