Weekly Adult Classes
If you love throwing yourself off 8 metre high platforms (in a harness) then Flying Trapeze is the one for you! We launched Scotland’s very first full-time full-sized flying trapeze rig on the 16th of June 2018. So be sure to join us for some great sessions, flying trapeze courses and more in one of the most recogniseable circus disciplines!
We run two open level Flying Trapeze classes (Thursdays 7.00pm & Saturdays 11.30am). We also run an intermediate class on a Saturday at 10.00am.
Flying Trapeze classes run seperatly to our Aerial and Acro Classes.
Whether you want to master the graceful art of silks, get to grips with some cool moves on Trapeze we have classes from beginners to intermediate/ advanced level in our static aerial classes including: Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Silks and Straps.
You will be guided you through the syllabus by our expert instructors with the added safety of spotting and crash mats. Our Aerial classes are strictly limited to 9 students per class. Beginners classes are open to all, no experience neccesary.
These classes are for people aged 16+
Our circus fitness and flexibility classes are designed to be a fun way to get fit, in addition they are a great way to get an introduction to the world of circus arts.
Both classes are suitable for all levels of ability and gives a solid foundation across acrobatic and aerial circus arts providing conditioning exercises for strength, endurance and flexibility. Our circus fitness class runs as an hour long aerial/acro circuit (with a relaxed atmosphere!). Flexibility focuses our students to work on their core, overall flexibility and phsyical awareness.
Over summer we’ll be running FIVE(?!) Circus Fitness classes a week which will focus on different things in order to provide a well-rounded and balanced circus training. Monday (General Fitness), Tuesdays (Cardio), Wednesdays (Hardcore), Thursdays (General Fitness) and Fridays (Dance & Coordination).

If being in the air isn’t really your thing, we have a wide range of acro classes including: Acrobatics, Acrobalance, Trampoline and Handstands.
Acro classes work on skills and physical awareness that are also helpful in aerial arts giving you a good foundation for all other circus training.
