Attendance
ABSENCES
Students are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to be ready for the warm up. If you can't make the class, please notify us at least 24 hours before the beginning of your class.
It may be possible to transfer your place to another class within the same 4 week block if you miss a class although 24 hours notice must be given to the office to arrange this. Failure to do so means we will not have enough time to give your place to another student and will therefore be unable to transfer you to another class.
DROP INS
For students who wish to come in as drop ins, please contact us at least 24hrs before the scheduled class time so we can verify / reserve a space for you. Drop in requests are not guaranteed unless you pay for it in advance. We will not accept advance payments for drop in requests scheduled on the first day of the block because some students don't book online but rather show up on the first day of the class and pay for the entire block of the course, those students who come in personally and pay for an entire block will be given the priority slot. You may however take chances and show up on the first day of the block so that if ever there will still be spaces left, you may take the slot.
If you want to cancel your drop in reservation please inform us also. Any drop in reservations that was never attended without letting us know will be imposed with a corresponding sanction: ineligibility to reserve a drop in slot for any course on the current block.

TRANSFER POLICY
The block booking system gives students a discount for paying for classes in advance – which provides obvious benefits to the company, such as organising the number of tutors required for each class.
For this reason, we can only allow students to transfer a class under the following conditions:
- You let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend your class and you wish to transfer it. This allows us to advertise the space or give it to a student who has requested to join that class.
- You inform either your original tutor or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you cannot attend a booked class and ask for a transfer so they can arrange this with you and other tutor.
- Your transfer falls within the same block. We do not allow students to transfer into following blocks so please check when your transfer will expire.
- You inform your tutor or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as to which class you wish to transfer to. This allows them to check there is space and inform the class tutor. If you miss your transfer class you lose your transfer.
Please make sure your correspondence is via email, text message or your tutor has taken a written note of your request.
We cannot provide transfers for classes such as Youth Circus where we only run one class of this kind a week, so there is no class to transfer to.
REFUND POLICY
We do not provide refunds unless a class is cancelled by us and the student does not wish to transfer. Your refund can be given in cash or you may use this as credit on your future bookings with us.
