Get your adrenaline pumping in our Open Level Flying Trapeze classes that will see you swinging through the air with the greatest of ease!
These Flying Trapeze classes are open to everyone aged 7+ and are suitable for all levels of flyers, from absolute beginners to returning students who can’t commit to a block.
There are no fitness pre-requisites to joining this class except the willingness to try!
Unlike our Flying Trapeze courses these classes are not part of a consecutive block.
There is no weight limit, however, our largest safety belt is 42 inches around the waist.

In this exciting and adrenaline filled course, you will work on your take off, swing and tricks and as you move through the syllabus under the guidance of our expert coaches.
Please Note: To join this course you must be an existing Flying Trapeze student or have completed at least one Absolute Beginners class. Open to people aged 7-16.

Master the power of flight in our 6-week beginners Flying Trapeze course! (16+)
In this fun and exciting course, you will master the fundamentals of Flying Trapeze as you fly high on our indoor rig.
All in the safety of a harness, you will be amazed by your ability to defy gravity as we work on mastering a series of tricks under the bar as well as building your technique on swinging and take offs.
At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion.
There are no fitness pre-requisites to joining this course, except the willingness to try! Open to anyone aged 16+
Layouts and Cutaways
The layout is the foundation for just about every trick you’ll be wanting to do later – and yet it’s often poorly understood and poorly executed. Here’s your chance to become an expert.
We’re going to fine-tune your technique, develop your strength & speed, and give you new abilities to deal with mishaps along the way. We’ll also look at where this all fits in with other tricks and how you can continue to progress. It’s all about filling in the gaps and focussing on each person’s needs.
Please Note: To take part in this course you must be able to take off without a belt hold and perform one of the following tricks: back-end tuck, splits or straddle. Participants must be 16 years or over
