Whether you want to master the graceful art of silks, get to grips with some cool moves on Trapeze we have classes from beginners to intermediate/ advanced level in our static aerial classes including: Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Silks and Straps.
You will be guided you through the syllabus by our expert instructors with the added safety of spotting and crash mats. Our Aerial classes are strictly limited to 9 students per class. Beginners classes are open to all, no experience neccesary.
Our circus fitness classes are designed to be a fun way to get fit, in addition they are a great way to get an introduction to many different circus arts all in one class.
Circus fitness is suitable for all levels of ability and gives a solid foundation across both acrobatic and aerial circus arts providing conditioning exercises for strength, endurance and flexibility.

If being in the air isn’t really your thing, we have a wide range of acro classes including: Acrobatics, Acrobalance, Trampoline, Handstands, and Teeterboard.
Acro classes work on skills and physical awareness that are also helpful in aerial arts giving you a good foundation for all other circus training.
If you love adrenaline filled sports then flying trapeze is for you! These action packed classes are an exciting way to get fit and develop your circus skills, all in the safety of a harness. Our highly trained team of instructors will keep you safe while helping you push your limits as you fly.
Our weekly flying trapeze classes are held on our Petit Volant (small) rig and we also have a Grand Volant (big rig) which we bring out for special occasions. Sign up to our newsletter to hear about these!
